HAPPY SPRING!

We are excited to let you know that we, after nearly three years of not being fully staffed, now have our full compliment of massage therapists. Roy Angel RMT who has been with us for several years is adding a shift, as is Emily Cook RMT.  Jeremy Sprague, a new graduate, will be joining the team in May.

Paula Calnen PT and Michelle Kim PT have participated in the GLA:D training for rehabilitation of osteoarthritic hips and knees. Gardening Boosts Health

Gardening is a fun hobby for some people, while others may only garden out of necessity. People who garden for recreational purposes or those who spend hours gardening may also experience unexpected injuries. Poor posture and the use of improper tools increase the risk of injury. Using proper techniques makes gardening pleasurable and beneficial.
