Summer has Whizzed by! There are still a few weeks left of warm weather and of course our falls here in Nova Scotia are the best for getting outside. We hope you have been able to enjoy some vacation time and rest.

If you have any new or nagging injuries, we would love to help you. Remember addressing problems earlier can make recovery go more smoothly. Don't put off booking because of the nice weather ;).

We are excited to welcome back Tina to our front desk after nearly a year and a half away. As well,  Massage Therapist Roy Angel has returned to work with our clients on Monday evenings!  It is great to have these two back with us.
